Planning, preliminary design and development guidelines for a community with a health, education and recreation focus. The development is designed to minimize disruption to the existing landscape and ecology through site planning and the use of housing forms specifically designed for sloping conditions, at the same time minimizing energy consumption and allowing hydrology and waste to be resolved on site. This project was a joint project between CMHC and the Korean Housing Institute.
