This 1924 arts and crafts home at one time housed the rectory for adjacent historical St. Mary Church. The home was restored and incorporated into the award winning Larchwood housing demonstration project in Kerrisdale. RWA worked with the heritage planners from the city of Vancouver ensure that the project was carefully restored and fit well within its neighbourhood setting.
