This development is the first phase of the Theology Precinct development at the University of British Columbia. It is comprised as a 49 unit apartment and a row of 6 duplex units separated by a pedestrian mews. The project is designed in a classic modern vocabulary composed of exterior architectural concrete and at once distinctive and responsive to the historic Iona Building that stands as the focus of the neighbourhood.
