This project is comprised of 55 residential units at the Theological Neighbourhood at UBC. A large pond located in the area between two adjacent buildings contributes a dual role by providing a gracious entry feature as well as a place for quiet contemplation . Rain water from the roof is retained in the pond and used for irrigation of the landscaping.
