This 160 unit twenty-one storey highrise is currently in the approval stage. Because of the building's prominent location on the confluence of the North and South Fraser River, and the fact that the building will be seen from many vantages on the New Westminster side of the river, careful consideration was given to its form and detailing to give it a distinctive marine theme.
