Quantum is a 19 storey mixed-use residential tower that will contribute to the revitalization of New Westminster's downtown core. Incorporating apartments, live/work studios and commercial space, it is an intensive use of the site. It's location directly above a Skytrain tunnel posed significant engineering challenges and architectural opportunities. The podium level relates to its scale of this historic neighbourhood with the 16 stories above capturing the panoramic views of the Fraser River and mountains beyond.
