The UBC Fraternity Village Project consists of seven buildings, each representing a fraternity house and each complete within an indoor and outdoor assembly area and residential wing. The program combines a two level underground parking garage with a spacious courtyard at grade that opens out to meet the unique entries of each fraternity facade, which are accentuated by interlocking brick work, portico entries and sloping character roofs.
