With Soltos Architecture of Seoul, RWA contributed to the design of this corporate retreat in Korea. The building is sited to allow the natural site drainage patterns to remain unchanged – ponds and streams that appear and disappear with the seasons are the focus of the landscape. Built in 2002, this was the first timber frame building built in Korea in many years – RWA worked with Fast and Epp Engineers to develop the expressive 3 dimensional timber frame.
