A 45 unit rowhouse project for Intracorp in Kerrisdale, Vancouver; the Larchwood rezoning was concieved to create options for Kerrisdale residents to down-size while staying within their neighbourhood. This medium density project, with stacked courtyard townhouses over a parking garage, is successful in harmonizing with it's single family home setting.
