The Nan Hui Master Plan was developed on behalf of CMHC International and China Enterprises Ltd. RWA led a comprehensive team of consultants to create a template for a more sustainable approach to suburban development in Shanghai - through a focus on pedestrian orientation, mixed use, respect for natural systems, and energy efficiency.
