Pringle Creek has been voted “The Greenest New Development in the USA” by the American Home Builder’s Association. RWA worked with Opsis Architecture of Portland to develop the Master plan and was responsible for the development of housing prototypes ranging from cottages and rowhouses to live/work studios.
