Composed of six apartment buildings and duplexes on the UBC campus. At the heart of this neighbourhood is the historic Iona Building with its cut granite stone facade and large central tower. The apartments are terraced to allow the Iona Building to dominate the surrounding precinct and thus create a transition of scale to the residential community across the street. A varied row of duplexes provide a sympathetic scale to the existing character of single family homes along Chancellor Boulevard.
