About This Project

Port Royal Masterplan

This 42 acre former sawmill site is located on the confluence of the North and South Fraser Rivers in the Port Royal Neighbourhood of Queensborough, New Westminster. A master plan was designed to integrate a wide variety of housing forms ranging from compact single family lots to high rise developments into a network of green spaces, community gardens, pathways and streets. This walkable neighbourhood includes 1.7 km of riverfront walkway, connected to a system of trails, pathways and greenways throughout Queensborough.
