This residential highrise building is located in historic New Westminster and sits on the site of the former Columbia Newspaper Building and atop the buried LRT line. The rhythm, the colour of the brick and the high ceiling heights are features found in the surrounding historical buildings and these design details mediate and relate the building with the existing patterns occuring in its neighbourhood.
