Positions Available

Senior/Intermediate Designer and/or technician – 8-10 years experience


Senior Construction Site Administrator – 10+ years experience



Qualifications and Important Skills:

  • Experience in mixed-use and residential design and construction.
  • Graduate with a Bachelor or Masters of Architecture Degree and/or a Diploma in Architectural Building Technology. Professional registration in the province of British Columbia is an asset.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit.
  • Solid understanding of BC Building Code and local municipal bylaws, community design guidelines and approvals processes.
  • Site Administrators must have knowledge of the latest building envelope practices as well as relevant codes and standards such as BCBC, VBBL, ASHRAE and NFPA. Completion of the Building Envelope Education Program (BEEP) program and/or the CP program will be an asset.
  • Solid understanding of the technical considerations involved in design, documenting, coordinating and executing various building types.
  • Understanding of sustainable design considerations. LEED AP would be an asset.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and capability in the creation of presentation materials will be an asset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
