Belpark
Bounded by the Langara Golf course and the Langara trails, Belpark is a collection of three mid-rise buildings unified by a central courtyard. The buildings are composed to provide a transition in scale to the multi-family neighbours. The central courtyard includes a series of terraced outdoor spaces including landscaped areas, tall trees, and a variety of water elements, providing a rich experience for pedestrians and residents on all levels of the development.
