About This Project

Cambie Station

Located in the emerging Queen Elizabeth neighbourhood at King Edward Ave and Ash Street in Vancouver, this 4-storey concrete apartment building features 31 apartments, 5 townhouses along the laneway and indoor amenity room off the lobby that opens directly onto the courtyard and common patio area. The building elevations are characterized by a simple brick frame punctuated by glazing and projecting balconies. Warm, wood coloured panels and dark balcony and window frames provide definition, texture and scale. The over expression is simple and contemporary. A 5-minute walk from public transit, shops and services along the developing Cambie Corridor, this project supports the City’s sustainability goals and the Cambie Corridor Plan.
