Lynn Valley Town Centre Design Guidelines
RWA led a team to develop concept plans for this emerging Town Centre. Lynn Valley is one of 4 District of North Vancouver town centre sites currently in the masterplanning phase. The Lynn Valley Town Centre masterplan will transform the existing sub-urban shopping mall site into a mixed use, walkable, transit oriented town centre.
