Situated in the Simon Fraser University neighbourhood, this 12-story residential development is part of a belt of highrises surrounding a wide range of housing types and tenures. The growth of this small community is based on sustainability principles and this project implements these principles in an elegant design driven by livability, durability and efficient use of space.
