This rental project of unique loft units addresses the rising demand for housing in the Port Royal area. The use of brick accents and details give the building’s character which draws on the industrial history of the site. Both the east and south façade as well as the amenity pavilion in the courtyard take advantage of the views of the Fraser River to the southeast.
