The building acts as a focal point and a welcoming entry to the neighborhood and to promotes intimate connection with the land and water as it functions as a vibrant heart to the Statlew District. Preserved mature forest and environmental frontage to boardwalk aim to promote connection to the land. The building will feature a stormwater design strategy and aim to connect to the protected wetland.
