Symposia provides 234 residential units within a 17-storey high rise and 6-storey podium over a commercial ground level and 3 levels of underground parking. A variety of apartment types is provided to support the development of UniverCity into a complete and diverse community. The overall design responds to the existing neighborhood pattern while proposing a unique architecture identity.
