Terraces is a 13-storey residential highrise located on a steeply sloping site in SUF’s UniverCity neighbourhood. The topography provides undisturbed views of the North Shore mountains and Vancouver’s lower mainland. A variety of open concept units maximize views and allow for generous decks and outdoor spaces. Townhouse units are oriented to University Crescent contributing to this walkable, pedestrian friendly neighbourhood street.
