Avant is located on a semi-industrial waterfront site overlooking the Port of Vancouver. Stacked townhouse units are arranged to maximize views of Burrard Inlet, Indian Arm and the North Shore mountains. The contemporary form and materials, including brick and standing seam metal roofing, relate to the adjacent residential neighbourhood and reflect the industrial context and history of this complex site.
