Cedar Cottage Townhouses
This Heritage Revitalization Agreement development restored the 1911 mixed use Gow Block on Commercial Street and developed five narrow infill townhouses across a shared courtyard. The 20th Avenue streetscape combines a street level studio, courtyard entrance and commercial space with residential units above. Contemporary building forms with heritage inspired colours, materials and details, adjacent to a renewed example of our local history, enrich this East Vancouver neighbourhood.
