About This Project

Maplewood Gardens

This development will be located in the heart of Maplewood Village in North Vancouver, a vibrant, pedestrian-friendly village centre, where employment-based uses are encouraged. The buildings will be a mix of low-threshold and market rental and market freehold residential buildings with commercial, light industrial, or live-work along street frontages. The buildings are primarily 6 storey wood-frame construction, with a 12 storey mass-timber building proposed for the NW corner of the site as a more carbon-friendly alternative to a conventional concrete structure. The neighbourhood will also include a modular rental building being designed by Taylor Kurtz Architecture + Design on the Southwest corner.
