This development will be located in the heart of Maplewood Village in North Vancouver, a vibrant, pedestrian-friendly village centre, where employment-based uses are encouraged. The buildings will be a mix of 6-storey wood-frame construction, housing low-threshold and market rental and market freehold residential buildings with commercial, light industrial, or live-work along street frontages.  Communal rooftop patios, amenity spaces and a large public courtyard at the heart of the project encourages community interactions for the Maplewood Village neighbourhood.
