About This Project

SFU Lot 24 Tower

The proposal is for a 17-storey high rise and 6-Storey podium, forming a total of 234 residential units over a commercial ground level and 3 levels of underground parking. A variety of apartment types is provided to ensure the growth of the SFU neighborhood into a complete and diversified community. The project also aspires to promote sustainable practices by building a durable and energy-efficient construction responding to the characteristics of the site and the climate of the Burnaby mountain. Underlying project principles support the UniverCity East Neighbourhood Plan sustainability goals. The overall design in-tends is to fit into the existing neighborhood pattern while proposing a unique architecture identity.
