About This Project

ʔəy̓alməxw/Iy̓álmex Jericho Lands

ʔəy̓alməxw/Iy̓álmex Jericho Lands is a 90 acre site in the West Point Grey neighbourhood of Vancouver. It will be developed as a joint venture between xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), and səlilwətaɬ (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations (MST Partnership) and the Canada Lands Company (CLC). RWA is part of a collaborative design team chosen to develop a policy statement which will guide future development. The team is led by Urban Strategies and includes HPA Architects, PFS Studio, Formline Architecture and others. This historic project aspires to recognize and reflect Indigenous values in the design process, in support of our collective work towards reconciliation.
