The building acts as a vessel to promote intimate connection with the land and water in itself and in its users. Internally the building’s storm water strategies will connect and aim to restore the protected wetland. The building itself is oriented to foster a deeper connection to the mature forest edge to the East by providing a natural outlook from the eastern suites.
