This development, on a steeply sloping West Vancouver site, incorporates elements from West Coast Regional architecture: large terraces and balconies are integrated into unit layouts, deep overhangs respond to the impressive, local rainfall and units are orientated to optimize daylight. The landscape design contributes to the natural environment through slope and stormwater management and careful use of local plant material.
