Two Waters is a 26.5 acre oceanfront community in Colwood, BC. RWA is working with Aragon Properties to develop a master plan for 700+ units on this complex property which includes fish bearing waterways and substantial riparian zones. Portions of the site have signficant topography with views over Pithouse Park and the Esquimalt Lagoon.

 

Two developments have been submitted for rezoning on the northern edge. Subsequent development will proceed as the riparian areas are defined and the circulation framework is finalized.
