This five storey student residence at the UBC Okanagan Campus focuses on integrating the residential units with outdoor living spaces. A courtyard, kitchen and lounge on the 5th floor open onto a large roof terrace. The building’s major social space opens up to a generous south facing patio which terraces down to a series of grassy fields adjacent to The Commons. This building was awarded Best Institutional at the 2012 Thompson Okanagan Commercial Building Awards.
